The Foundation does not produce an annual report. Although no annual report is published, the Foundation makes available its financial statements. The annual statements, which are linked on this page, represent condensed financial statements for years ended December 31. Accounting is done on an accrual basis.

The Foundation conducts an annual financial audit. Each year, the Foundation files a 990-PF with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, and the appropriate forms with the Attorney General of the State of Illinois.
