Public Affairs
Funding for public affairs provides support for general programs that are aimed at improving society, making communities stronger or educating the public. Funding includes programs that promote giving and broadly represent a wide range of philanthropy and charitable institutions, and special community-based projects. The Foundation supports organizations such as:
A small percentage of the Foundation’s total annual giving is provided for public affairs programming. Historically, the majority of these awards resulted from community grants proposals solicited by board members.

- Gilman-Danforth District Library
- Camp Manito-Wish
