Financials
The Foundation conducts an annual financial audit. Each year, the Foundation files appropriate forms with the Attorney General of the State of Illinois and a 990-PF with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service which is available for viewing or downloading at the GuideStar website.
While the Foundation does not produce an annual report, it makes summary financial statements available. Summary financial statements for years ended December 31 can be viewed by clicking on the links below.
